Keshangor
[ ]Fire Pit
Inside Mount Keshangor is where the dragon pit is. The mouth of the volcano has been barred off to keep the reptiles from escaping, and the way in is through long and twisting staircases carved out of raw obsidian. According to the Keshangor ways, the novice rider must bravely enter the fire pit and be chosen by their dragon. Old dragons love to banter novices rider, the dragon that chooses him usually steps forth to defend him.

[ ]Thrar Castle
Constructed with rock, blackened by the fire and the smoke, the Keshangor castle stands like an eternal sentinel over the city. The only entrance is through a great drawbridge over a lava moat, guarded by a magma waterfall  left and right. The fire rivers come from the mouths of dragon statues and fall into the moat below. Ahead is a great courtyard decorated with imposing stone statues telling the story of the Elvenking's fall in the Battle of Galad.

[ ]Keshangor Town
Most houses are made out of mud, rock and sometimes metal. Wood is hardly used as a construction material for obvious reasons... The city has a great square carved out of raw rock, richly decorated with detailed engravings of various battles and legends

[ ]Ustraz Mountain Ridge
The name means jagged tooth, and it makes the place justice. These barren mountains are plagued with sharp rocks, bottomless cliffs, and countless caverns. Most animals here have been hunted to extinction, most vegetation either cut or burned, and the only trees remaining are those barren and creepy from the last remnants of the Petrified Forest. Somewhere out here is also the entrance to the abandoned mine, shrouded in mystery and stories about an underground monster.

[ ]Valdor, the Forest of Darkness
There are woods even the elves fear; although, of course, not all the elves... In fact there is a wild and uncivilized tribe of the pointy-eared that actually chooses these dreadful lands over the others: meet the Dark Elves, fierce fighters and spider riders. The place name comes from the eternal shadow the forest is shrouded into because of the tangled branches of the impossibly tall trees. With its hulking trolls, man eating trees, giant leopards, wolves, and serpents, Valdor is clearly not for the faint of heart.

[ ]Celye Academy
Becoming a Pegasus rider is not something that happens from one day to the other; appropriate training and preparation takes long years of hard work, and the Director is a strict teacher. The Academy's architecture holds some resemblance to the Palace, for it uses arches instead of walls; yet its roof is square, and its granite bricks enormous and rustic. Vines and shrubs decorate the stony construction here and there. The Academy has a great crystalline pool where most of the flight classes are given, so that the trainees may not hurt themselves.

[ ]Alteron Palace
At the center of the floating island stands the circular alabaster palace. It is mostly wall-less, relying on giant arches to support its dome ceiling. Vines crawl all over the surface, decorating the white rock with their colorful flowers. Inside, the palace is magnificently decorated; an opulent, purple rug covers most of the polished stone floor, and paintings of trees decorate the walls. At the center of the palace is the throne room, the throne made out of fine silver, and in the center of this room one can admire the Sacred White Tree.

[ ]Oslangamil City
Spreading all over the surface of the floating island is the merry city of the elves. Many more races live here, of course, not only elves. The city has wide, stone-paved roads, and the stony constructions are always decorated with some form of green; be it moss, vines, flowers, or trees. Staircases lead down into earthy tunnels lit by magical mushrooms; the tunnels lead into various storages, as well as towards a great underground chamber where a giant and magnificent gem is kept: the Heart of the Island. Like its name implies, the precious stone is the magical engine that keeps the island floating.

[ ]Num Forest
Towards the southern edge of the island, the houses thin out, then disappear entirely. This section is therefore property of the green vegetation, which is vibrant, and highly magical. But shambling trees with eyes aren't the only natives around, for,  because of the thanksgiving tradition of releasing the pegasus into the wild once their rider has died, this forest is full to the treetops with the feral descendants of the released pegasi. However, the winged equines love to play hide and seek with novice riders, and they are infuriatingly good at it too. The Academy teaches how to create a magical flute, whose tune will attract the pegasi.

[ ]Sands of Sartha
The scorching sands of Sartha desert seem to go on forever;  and the worst part is that there appears to be no form of landmark present to help you figure your way through this lethal adventurer trap. Sand sharks lurk beneath the sandy waves, hoping to make a quick snack out of the weary and thirsty adventurers. Giant worms and massive ant lion pits  make for the other greater dangers beneath the glaring red sun, as well as the hidden quicksand rivers. But there are also the ruins of ancient temples poking out of the golden sands here and there, surrounded by legends of great treasure and riches...

[ ]Elan Sea
The cold and dark ocean stretches for miles and miles. Countless pillars of jagged rock jut out of the freezing waters, with many broken ships with tattered sails floating idly around the rock formations as a warning of the sirens and other dangerous creatures that inhabit the murky waters. Flying might save you from the ravenous jaws of the sharks and sea serpents, and from the powerful tentacles of the krakens and giant squids, but not from the ferocious flocks of harpies patrolling the clouds. Small as they may be, the monstrous birds can easily bring down fliers thrice their size, with their great numbers and their deafening cries which can inflict magical confusion.

[ ]Galad Fields
The Galad grasslands are immense, with nothing but the occasional lonely tree sitting by the occasional lonely rock. Unlike most places on this land, these flatlands aren't very rich in magic... Nope, they would come off as rather average with only normal animals like lions, horses, jackals, and the rare troll venturing off the neighboring Valdor woods; but comically, in this world the average animals are considered exotic and travelers often wonder how the people of the hills get about without much magic. Two human Kingdoms inhabit the plains, living in large walled cities of wood and stone.
